In France too, we can admire their spectacle at the moment, just like with the almond trees in bloom.
It's a delight for the eyes and the nose too!
Their scent is sweet and light with a slightly gourmand note.
Nature is so well made: it is actually the scent of flowers that attracts pollinating insects to the trees and allows fruiting.
