Inspired by a Kundalini yoga kriya, this meditation is
an invitation to connect with the Moon through the lunar mountains of your hands.

In a comfortable seat, with your back straight and your eyes closed,
Take a few breaths while visualizing the Moon just above you.
With each breath, visualize the white light of the moon filling your lungs.
and spread throughout the body, then let the exhalation soothe you.

Bring your hands in front of your heart space (center of the
chest), palms facing upwards, strike the lunar mountains (lower part of the
