Active ingredients & benefits
Bergamot has fresh, citrusy, and lavender notes. It is the quintessential essential oil of joie de vivre. It stimulates the solar plexus chakra, promoting confidence and self-esteem.
Lemon is the essential citrus fruit in gastronomy and perfumery; it belongs to the Hesperides family, named after the garden of the same name in Greek mythology. Associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra, it makes us more optimistic.
Ritual
Proposed ritual:
- In the morning, drink a glass of hot water (with or without lemon) upon waking to eliminate toxins. (I love hot water, I also drink it after meals; it's an ancient Ayurvedic practice that also helps digestion).
- Light the LUNE NOUVELLE Candle and do some exercises, movement and breathing before breakfast, ideally for 30 minutes. (Adjust the duration according to your time)
- Have a light breakfast based on fruit (banana and seasonal fruit), cereal (such as oatmeal) with seeds (almonds, chia, walnuts for example) and mixed with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Also take care of your home with a scent that makes you feel good. I chose SOLEIL BERGAMOTE, which purifies and brightens the home.
